Shipping from Spain
The shipment will be made aproximadamete within 72 hours of purchase if the item is in stock or when the item is finished. If you need an urgent shipment you can contact us for price.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
To return, please contact us within 14 natural days stating your order number and the reason for the return – if there is nothing wrong with the product, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original condition and all postal costs or other costs incurred when returning the product.
Refunds will be possible only when a product is delivered defective.Your money will be fully refund within 30 days
Changes will be available for all products except: custom items, gift cards and items on sale. The costumer will be responsible of post costs unless the product delivered was wrong.
When shipping the items back, the items are customer responsibility until they reached us. So if they get lost we will not take responsibility for them (hence not refund costumer). We will not refund special shipping costs that were made on costumer request and that differ from our standard shipping.
